What is Sitra?

Sitra is a structured AI-development pipeline that turns a plain English brief into a deployed web app through a series of well-defined agent steps called a rite. Each rite is governed by a doctrine — a machine-readable plan that carries the brief, the budget, and the breakdown of tasks.

A rite is the atomic unit of work. It has an ID, a budget, and one or more tasks. Scribes execute tasks; the Tribunal reviews them; the Integrator ships the result.
